Looking for someone to draw with

2:48 PM, Wednesday April 24th 2024

Hi, I'm Chi, a guy on the Net and a student on the Draw A Box website, just like you. I'm looking for someone to draw with. While drawing is fun, drawing alone is fun; but drawing alone all the time is not.

If you're like me, the one who draws boxes, insects, and all kinds of stuff alone all the time and finds yourself struggling a ton, you can draw with me. You'll still struggle, of course; but at least you won't draw alone.

If you're interested, just reply to this post and we'll find some way to connect via the magic of the Internet, thanks.

If you joined the discord channel and hopped in a voice channel then somebody might join you. My discord name is the same in there. If nothing else, you could find me in the member list and hit me up. I'd be happy to, if I am free.

COOL!

The recommendation below is an advertisement. Most of the links here are part of Amazon's affiliate program (unless otherwise stated), which helps support this website. It's also more than that - it's a hand-picked recommendation of something I've used myself. If you're interested, here is a full list.
Color and Light by James Gurney

Color and Light by James Gurney

Some of you may remember James Gurney's breathtaking work in the Dinotopia series. This is easily my favourite book on the topic of colour and light, and comes highly recommended by any artist worth their salt. While it speaks from the perspective of a traditional painter, the information in this book is invaluable for work in any medium.
