Hey there!

I can see a big improvement from your first boxes til your last ones, which is great. Also, your hatching got so much more accurate by the end too, with way less freying. I really believe you've taken the lessons to heart!

The little reminders I'd give you are:

  • When plotting your Y for the box, try to make sure all of the angle are greater than 90 degrees to prevent those weird angles that happen.

  • I know it's so difficult not to do this because I struggle with it so much, but try not to redraw lines even if they're wrong. The point of doing it with fineliner is that we can't erase our mistakes which means that we can look back at what we struggle with and more easily where we can improve for future. Again, I'm such a fiend for this habit so I know how hard it is to stop yourself correcting a line that's glaring at you!

  • It might be helpful to practice the superimposed lines exercise a few times when you can to help it feel easier to line up your lines.
